Leader’s Challenge 2009
Sophie Delaney, Jordan Clarke and Alice Marsh (Year 12) show off their Belvedere Academy water bottles in front of a portrait of the Queen as they visit the Town Hall, Liverpool for the Leader’s Challenge. The girls represented The Belvedere Academy Eco Schools Enrichment Club on Tuesday 16th June, presenting work they’d done to improve the environment around Belvedere. The application and panel interview, that the students underwent, was so impressive that they were awarded £500 for the academy by Cllr Warren Bradley, Leader of Liverpool City Council. Well done girls and Eco Schools on this fabulous achievement!
