To apply to The Belvedere Academy, parents or guardians of prospective students will need to complete and return:

• The Preference Form/ Common Application Form provided by Liverpool Children’s Services or other local authorities
• The Belvedere Academy application form which should be returned to Mr Peter Kennedy at The Belvedere Academy
